Baltic birch plywood, with fiberglass reinforcements on inside corners. Epoxy painted exterior, tightly fitted padded and upholstered interior. Aluminum lip on the outside of the case keeps sides from bending in due to bumps to the sides.

String length: each dimension grows by 5 cm
